Missing / No hosts showing on the iPad

If you have uploaded some hosts and can see them in the Hosts / Staff section of the dashboard, but they are not showing on the iPad then there’s a couple of things to check.

  • Make sure the you have enabled Host search box in the Fields section of the dashboard, under Configure iPad
  • Next, make sure that if your hosts have not been assigned to a specific location that you don’t have the below setting checked under the Host Search option.
